Formatted for all student levels, this bellydance class is designed to introduce basic movements and foundations for bellydance. Class begins with a warm-up and stretching section using isolations of muscle groups. Explanations and demonstrations are given while using the movements in drills and combinations to learn techniques while incorporating speed, level and direction changes. Drills increase the heart rate, create strength and stamina, and are lots of fun!
